When you're paying the bills, not only for network traffic, but the impact on staff productivity of everyone downloading and sharing around their movies/tv/music which they have downloaded via P2P (And yes, they do this anyway via removeable media, etc, but the easier it is, the more people will do it), then you can call the shots. Until then, STFU and do some work.</description>
