In Austin for a few days for meetings, and lucky to spend a few days coworking with the awesome guys at Conjunctured.

Bandit leans over just now to remind me that the 1st Anniversary Party at Indy Hall is coming up soon.  Tony B will surely be there…Luuhckeeee!!!  You better be there!  That’s an entry for the book right there.

Thinking through the wild ride of coworking over the past year or so, I can’t help but think that Indy Hall and Conjunctured are really kindred spirits.  As is The Creative Space, down the road in Bryan, Texas.  There are others, for sure, but these three have become dear to our hearts at NotanMBA.

Same generation. Tech chops. Creativity. Entrepreneurial energy.  Where this wild bronco goes from here is anybody’s guess.

One thing is for sure.  With Conjunctured now online and Launchpad Coworking soon to be, the coworking peeps (from around the world) who gather in Austin for SXSW 2009 will be welcomed with Texas-sized open arms.

Bring instruments! We should have the first annual Coworking Jam!

Note to Tony…This is Music, not Karaoke!

We’re big fans of, and super proud of, what the Conjunctured team has accomplished. You’ll all be at the party in spirit for sure, and we’re TOTALLY on for CoworkingJam in Austin during SXSW09!!!!

    Hey Man-

On a (marginally) serious note. We would love to actually splice together a jam at one of the parties, and any advance notice regarding who plays what and what equipment might be required would be most useful. We all have contacts here in Austin who play music (which includes just about every other person), so if we have enough lead time I’m pretty sure we can arrange instruments, amps, the space (and of course the beer) to actually have a jam where the peeps get up and play. (We’ll even let Tony sing)

The music might suck, but the crowd will rock, you know that’s for certain!!!

Thanks y’all! Alex we couldn’t have done it without meeting you guys and looking to you as a model. Drew and Todd we heart you.

And I’m totally ready for a jam session!

Jam session? Bring. It. On. :)

Y’all better believe that SXSW2009 is going to be one for the record books.
