For me, it's about open doors. It's about removal of barriers.
The day I realised Bedouin/Co-Working was the future was when I was being shown around a Regus office. And every office had it's door open and inside each office was a single person behind a desk who craned their neck to see out, desperate for human company.
That's when I realised that individual offices were a prison.
That is a great metaphor. Absolutely dead on.
