The Hat Factory web site was down today, so I couldn’t do the online reconnaissance I usually like to do before a visit. The meeting itself, however, went as smoothly as could be hoped for.
The Hat Factory is a live/work facility with a friendly vibe. We talked to two of the residents, Eddie Codel (Geek Entertainment Television) and Ryan Bailey (ViddYou), and one of the coworkers, Alex Boisvert (Intalio). HA! *YOU* think it was weird? I wasn’t even awake let alone caffeinated yet. But hey that was an awesome way to start my day off! Was great seeing you and getting to rehash a bit.
It’s a dimensional vortex here. Happens all the time and it’s great!

Hey it was great to meet you guys today as well. The idea of a coworking book is excellent as more people should definitely know about this world. Thanks for the tip about our site being down. That’s the first time that’s happened and I really have no idea what’s up. Hoping it’s short lived and random. See you in Austin!
