Intuit released their third installment in a series titled “Vision of Small Business in 2017“. The first two installments, authored by the Institute of the Future, are “The Changing Face of Entrepreneurs” and “The Connected World of Entrepreneurs”. The latest installment is “The New Entrepreneurial Economy”. The report starts with the phrase “The next ten years will see a re-emergence of artisans as an economic force.” I am going to say it again, American business needs innovation now more than they ever have in the past… This is why artisans will become an economic force. The report mentions coworking, too.
I’ve been reading about coworking in Ireland and the UK (Brighton to pick one to link to) . I just came across a post about coworking in Wroclaw Poland. Unfortunately, I can’t read Polish.
I’ve got to polish up my German. The phrase “the future of work” caught my eye in this post called “The Hedonistic Company“. Then the phrase “self-organizing un-organizations of creative free agents”… Then the phrase “youth economic manifesto”… This is where the German comes in because the phrase refers to a book in German titled “Wir nennen es Arbeit” (”We call it work”). The embedded video is in English.
A beautiful statement about why working together is good.
