The first stop this afternoon was Sandbox Suites. Awesome space, design features breath in meeting spaces, private desks, open spaces, and a kitchen-ish space just beyond the entrance. Tastefully displayed (and for sale) pieces of art line the walls, and the promise of the creativity of coworking clearly lives here. Roman Gelfer has the vision, and has created the space.

Roman opened Sandbox Suites four months ago, and the number of core members is growing steadily. Sandbox Suites has membership packages that range from a private desk to a fixed number of days a week. It also has day and half-day passes for occasional workers. In addition to the variety of spaces that are aimed at day work, the space lends itself easily to the different meetups that Sandbox now hosts regularly: meetups, workshops, and events yet imagined.

A couple of pictures here from my phone as Roman took us on the tour. Other pictures shot with my camera will be up on the Flickr stream shortly.
